Mallos flip flops: Not your ordinary slippers!
“You can’t have too many shoes,” that’s what most girls say when they shop for an endless array of footwear. Not me. I’m a flip-flop girl. I’ve always considered flip-flops as a wardrobe essential. Way before Ipanema and Havaianas were introduced in the Philippines, these comfortable slippers has long found its place in my heels.
When i found out that Mallos has reinvented my favorite footwear by adding scents to the so-called ‘tsinelas’ (flip-flops), i couldn’t help but check them out. I went to their store located in Eastwood City, Libis and was surprised to smell these innovative rubber sandals.
True enough, the pleasant scent of berries tickled my nose and the designs and colors played with my eyes. I felt like a kid inside a candy store. Wait, i’m experiencing sugar rush!
A pair of Mallos in plain black, green, red, brown, white, mocha, and gray colors cost Php650, while flip-flops in an assortment of designs (vine, palm, daisy, stripes, and logo with name) can be purchased at Php750/each.
